Breathing is one of the great functions of our body than can take many forms. Unconsciously, we adapt the breath to our actions, our environment, our physical and emotional condition. Regardless of the techniques used (singing, wind instruments, sports) and the coordinations strengthened during this practice, it's important to develop an overall mobility of the breath and to maintain our ability to adjust in any circumstances.
